KUDO Snacks x UFC at UFCX Las Vegas - Commentator Experience
“Let’s Get Ready to RUMBLE - The KUDO way.”
We aimed to take our partnership with UFC to new heights, and thus, we embarked on an extraordinary campaign. At UFCX in Las Vegas, event attendees were presented with a unique opportunity to engage with UFC sensation Michael Chandler and the renowned announcer Bruce Buffer by joining them in providing commentary on memorable past fights. To make this experience even more memorable, participants were gifted a KUDO snack popcorn bag. This dynamic interaction had a substantial impact on boosting brand awareness for both parties, establishing a vibrant connection.
In my role as Creative and Social Media Director, I closely collaborated with my dedicated marketing and creative team to conceptualize this engaging experience. This involved the entire process, from brainstorming ideas, creating a detailed Scope of Work (SOW), budgeting, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. I was also responsible for sourcing materials from vendors, hiring a production team for set-up and tear-down, and recruiting and training a street team. Moreover, I ensured flawless on-site execution to guarantee the campaign's resounding success.
