“Innovation thrives when the right partnerships are in place”

In the fast-moving world of financial technology, startups and innovators need strong partners to help scale their businesses. While Visa is a global leader in payments, many in the fintech space saw it as difficult to work with—often turning to competitors like Mastercard instead.

To shift this perception, we developed a strategic content-driven campaign aimed at educating the fintech community on how Visa can be their go-to partner. We collaborated with fintech influencer Tal Schwartz, who attended the Visa Innovations and Payments Panel and conducted an in-depth interview with Chris Ferron, VP of Fintech Partnerships at Visa Canada. This conversation explored Visa’s capabilities and commitment to empowering fintech businesses.

As Associate Creative Director, I played a key role in both strategizing and shaping the creative approach for the campaign. I helped develop a video content strategy that positioned Visa as a fintech-friendly partner while ensuring the brand’s identity was seamlessly integrated into the storytelling. The long-form interview was then cut into short-form videos optimized for social media, broadening its reach and impact. The campaign successfully reframed Visa’s role in the fintech space, reinforcing its position as a trusted and collaborative partner.
